You deal with one crew and one point of contact. Interior remodels include the plumbing, electrical, and finish carpentry needed to complete the scope we quoted — not a parade of people you have to coordinate yourself.
Basement moisture / egress?
Finished basements need a dry floor and a legal way out. We look at moisture first and include egress windows when the space requires them. If the basement isn't ready to finish, we'll say so.
Typical timeline for a small remodel?
It depends on scope, materials, and the current schedule. A small kitchen or bath that keeps the existing layout moves faster than a gut with moved plumbing. We'll put expected timing in the written proposal.
