A leak at a flashing or a handful of damaged shingles can often be repaired. Widespread granule loss, soft decking, or a roof at the end of its life is a tear-off. We don't layover a failing roof — if it needs to come off, it comes off.
Asphalt vs metal cost over 25 years?
Asphalt costs less on day one. Metal costs more upfront and typically lasts much longer with less maintenance. Over a couple of decades the second asphalt roof closes the gap. We'll run the comparison for your square footage without the sales pitch.
